The higher the level of competition in industrial sector, it is necessary for company's efforts to respond well this order survive through internal strategies form improving employee performance. Organizational culture found be one factors that can improve main purpose study build a model an effort performance involving innovative work behavior as intervening variable influence organizational on population were employees companies engaged manufacturing sector with 276 employees. Samples taken 127 using purposive random sampling method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used test statistical significance path coefficients against three (3) established hypotheses. findings indicate and have positive significant Innovative performance.
